Return or Exchange
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions
Products must be unopened, unused and in original condition.
Within these conditions, you can return your order at your own expense. We do not provide return labels.
Before sending your return, please include your order number and name inside the package so we can identify your return.
How can I return my order (from US or Canada)?
Please do not send your return to our EU address.
Contact us first at sales@colorfabb.us, and we will guide you through the correct return process.
Did we make a mistake with your order?
For example:
• Wrong color
• Incorrect product
• Production issue with the filament
Contact us at sales@colorfabb.com and include photos of the issue.
In these cases, we will check out for a solution.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
In most cases, refunds are issued right away. Please allow up to one week for processing.
