The courier service of your choice rings the doorbell and you are happy to receive your colorFabb order. But what if it is not complete? The status of your order online said that is Complete.
Let's explain how our logistics system works:
Whenever we create a shipment for you (whether or not it is complete), the status will show "Complete". If a partial shipment has been shipped (or there is a delay), our team will contact you by email.
On the box and in the tracking details you will note that the shipment "weighs" 1kg. This is a standard value in the software and should not be taken at face value (unless, of course, you only ordered one spool...)
It is very hard for us to give an estimated time of arrival when you order. We aim to ship within 24 hours on business days if the materials are in stock. If the site is unclear or if you need the filaments urgently, please contact us beforehand.
Every night around 10PM (CET) we send out emails with tracking details of the orders that were shipped that day. If the link does not work immediately, please try again later.

Please note that in general we aim to have all the materials in stock and ship orders as soon and as complete as possible. Reality, however, sometimes forces us to ship partially.
