I received a faulty product, what can I do?
Although we check and double check everything we remain human beings and sometimes things go wrong. Please contact us at logistics@colorfabb.com and we will sort this out as soon as possible. Please always use the order number you received.
I received two emails and only ordered once!
Once you have placed the order, you will receive a first email with an order number. This order number starts with CFO. Not long after that you will receive a digital invoice by email with an invoice number starting with a CSI. As a reference the order number is placed below the invoice number.
The day the order ships you will receive another email from us with the tracking details of your shipment.
